Upload a recording of yourself singing Domine Ad Adjuvandum Me Festina Measures 100-120 with the Audition Accompaniment Track
What you need to do to prepare:
Choose the voice part that you prefer to sing most: Soprano, Alto, Tenor, or Bass.
(This does not guarantee that this is the part you will sing in choir.)
Try to learn the music to the best of your ability, including using proper phrasing, dynamics, articulation, vowels, tone quality, etc.
Practice the song using the materials via this QR Code or via this link. You will sing with the accompaniment recording during the audition and do not need to memorize the music.
Tips for having the best audition you can:
Practice your song excerpts and aural skills every day.
Although you can’t practice the sight reading excerpt, you can use SightReadingfactory.com to practice.
Take a deep breath and try not to be nervous! This is NOT for a grade and Mr. Whelan does NOT expect your audition to be perfect or flawless.
