Setup default instructions or customize by category and they will automatically display to entrants on their registration page. Plus, Snap will display the same to judges. No more worrying if everyone knows what to do. Also, attach files for entrants to instructions they can download anytime.

Setup Audit

Snap's setup checks will insure your audition is ready to go before launch. Aspects like missing instructions, dates, and beyond...Snap will catch it.

Collect Fees

No more going here to register, there to upload, and another place to pay. In Snap, collect registration fees right into your Stripe account. Plus, if you would like entrants to pay Snap's fees, we will add that to their fee.

Customize Registration Forms

Build custom registration forms to collect whatever information you need from entrants. Need different information per category? Customize by category. Need information for each round? We will email entrants you qualify for the next round if you need extra information from them. And the best part: set if judges can see response to each question you ask!

Uploading & Video

Online audition submissions are convenient, but also, logistically frustrating. At Snap, we want to end the use of YouTube, Dropbox, or any other unsecure and antiquated method to get audition uploads to adjudicators. We have built a state-of-the-art upload and video system that makes uploading easy and judging videos streamlined, no matter the bandwidth.

Registration Transfer

Your auditions are unique. Sometimes, registrations need to be started by one person and completed by another. Maybe your audition needs a teacher to register students, but then pass the registration along to students to pay or upload. Whatever the case, our registration transfer feature makes it possible.

Automatic Anonymity

In-person or online, Snap's system will save you a HUGE about of time making sure adjudicators don't know who they are judging. Snap automatically assigns an entrant ID, which can be used in person or online. Plus, video submissions can be set to play audio only for judges. No more mess of renaming files, we got it covered.

Judging Setup & Organization

Organizing judges is always tedious, but online auditions take the task to another level. With Snap, simply assign categories to a judge, add their email, and Snap handles the rest.
