Snap's organization directory makes it easy for entrants to find your auditions -- but it's completely up to you. Organizations can decide to be in or out of the directory and which auditions are displayed there.

Set default instructions or customize them by category, and Snap will automatically display them on each entrant’s registration page. Judges see the same instructions too, ensuring consistency across the board. You can also attach downloadable files for entrants at any time.

Collect Fees

Sight Reading Factory Integration
We have partnered with Sight Reading Factory to take Like-Live® Recording to another level. With this amazing integration, every audition entrant will be shown a unique sight reading music piece, but tailored to the playing/singing level that you set.
No need to worry about entrants taking a screen shot of the music and sharing with their friends. Each attempt generates a different piece, ensuring that are always fair and secure.
Customize Registration Forms

Email Entrants
Things change - get an email out fast to your audition entrants with Snap Audition.
Now in Snap Audition, admins can email entrants any time. With our "To" selector, you can easily send emails to all audition entrants, those who have submitted/not submitted, or by category or round. You can even email entrants from multiple auditions.
This is also great for notifying past audition participants of your next audition.
And of course, you can preview, schedule sending, and ensure your email will be delivered with our enterprise-grade email system.
