FAQ: How do I get notified of new entrant submissions

Audition admins can opt to receive email updates when entrants submit an audition. This feature is turned off by default.

To enable notifications:

  1. Navigate to the Admin screen for the audition, then select the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the Admin section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Check Notify when entrants submit next to each admin who should receive updates.

Notification emails are sent three times daily at 2:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 6:00 PM MDT, containing a summary of all entrants who submitted during the preceding window.
