We’ve just added two new features to give you even more control over your audition process:
1. 📩 Optional Entrant-Submitted Notifications
Admins can now receive entrants submitted notification emails. Three times a day, if your audition had a submission in the previous 8 hours, the system sends a digest email detailing the submissions.
How to enable: Go to Audition Admin > Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and select the admins who should receive notifications.
2. ⚖️ Drop High & Low Scores
Automatically trim outlier scores (the highest and lowest judge ratings) to protect entrants from extreme variance and eliminate manual calculations.
Flexible Timing: Toggle this option on or off before or after the results phase.
Smart Scoring: Scores are only dropped for entrants with 3 or more total judge scores. High and low scores are ignored—never deleted.
