Nox Ensemble – Biography Nox Ensemble is a dynamic quintet based in Istanbul, composed of five accomplished musicians sharing over 20 years of symphonic orchestra experience. Founded in 2024, the ensemble brings together the violin, flute, viola, cello, and double bass to create a rich, versatile, and high-energy sonic experience. Our repertoire is defined by its extraordinary breadth and "idealist" artistic vision. We bridge the gap between eras and genres with original arrangements—traveling seamlessly from the intricate elegance of the Baroque and Classical periods to the rhythmic, soulful world of Goran Bregovic. This fusion allows us to offer a performance that is both academically sophisticated and vibrantly entertaining. Since our inception, Nox Ensemble has performed at some of Istanbul’s most prestigious venues and cultural landmarks, including: Pera Museum Armenian Patriarchate of Istanbul Caddebostan Cultural Center (CKM) Exclusive private events and gala performances Combining decades of technical mastery with the fresh energy of a newly formed ensemble, Nox Ensemble is dedicated to bringing a modern and dynamic breath to classical instrumentation.
