In Snap, you can design your own registration forms, customize them by category, and decide which questions and answers are shared with judges.
Go to the Form Builder:
- Go to the "Admin" page of the audition (from the "Dashboard" or "My Auditions").
- Click on "Settings".
- If the audition is multi-round, select the desired round from the top.
- Click "Registration Form & Fee" and click "Open Form Builder".
Design Your Form:
- Choose Build with AI, Copy from Previous Auditions, or Build Manually.
- Build with AI is the easiest way to get started. Simply write a list of the information you want to gather (e.g., school name, address, years of experience). The AI will build your form in seconds, after which you can tweak it as needed.
- Copy from Previous Auditions is another great time-saver that ensures consistency across your auditions. Plus, it allows entrants to easily auto-fill from previous registrations.
- Adding conditional logic to hide/show or require questions helps shorten long forms and hide questions that do not apply to specific entrants.
