Go to your audition's "Admin" settings. At the top, you will see either a green "Registration Link" button or a red "Setup Incomplete" button.
If red, click the button to see what you still need to set up.
If green, you have completed the required setup.
Register as an Entrant
Go to the registration link. If you set your audition to appear on your organization's public page (under Profile), it will appear there as well.
Once on the registration link, click on a category or click "Register" if your audition does not have categories.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Register Now".
Complete each of the tabs and submit the registration.
Judge
On the Snap free plan, you (the admin) are automatically set as a judge. On paid plans, go back to your audition's "Admin" settings, open the "Judges" tab, and assign yourself as a judge for the category you registered for as an entrant.
You will see a "Judge" button at the top and a "Judge" tab on your dashboard. Click either one.
Go through the judging process, including saving and submitting a score.
Results
Go back to your audition's "Admin" settings. The "Entrants" tab lists entrants who have started and finished their registration. The "Results" tab is where you finalize and announce results.
Go to the "Results" tab and click on the finalize column for the category you judged. Make any adjustments and then "Finalize" the results.
Go back to the "Results" tab and click on the "Share/Post" column. There you will see tools to:
Share results with entrants and notify them by email.
