This section covers fees for using the Snap Audition platform, not an entrant’s registration fee.
Pricing Setup & Payment Options For each audition you set up, choose who pays the platform fee under the audition’s Profile tab: Organization Pays or Entrant Pays. Setting up an audition is completely free—Snap only charges when an entrant submits their registration.
- Organization Pays: Add funds to your account balance or set up Auto Pay before launching your audition. To pay via check or Purchase Order (P.O.), please contact us directly.
- Auto Pay Schedule: Your card is charged once per day if the balance reaches $100 or more from the previous day's submissions. Otherwise, any remaining balance is charged automatically on Sunday night.
- Entrant Pays: Platform fees are charged directly to the entrant during registration. If you also use Snap to collect your organization’s registration fee, both fees are combined into a single total for the applicant. Snap’s payment processor (Stripe) automatically splits and routes the funds accordingly.
Do you offer non-profit discounts? Every organization using Snap is a non-profit. Because of this, our standard pricing structure is already tailored specifically for non-profit budgets.
