FAQ: How does pricing work?

With Snap, you only pay when an entrant submits an audition. You can even use Snap for free if you choose to have entrants pay the Snap fee or if you are on a free tier.

Organization Pays — Setup Auto Pay

  1. Go to Organizations from the top menu and select your organization.
  2. Click the Plans/Funds tab, then select Auto Pay.
  3. Add your credit or debit card to enable auto pay.

With auto pay, instead of prepaying funds, Snap charges your saved card each night if your balance reaches $100 or more. On Sunday nights, any remaining balance is charged regardless of the amount.

Entrant Pays — Select Per Audition

Use Snap at no cost to your organization by passing the Snap fee along to entrants.

  1. Go to the admin screen of the audition and click on the Profile tab.
  2. Select Entrant Pays and save.
  3. Snap will charge the entrant when they register. If your audition has a registration fee, Snap's fee will automatically be added on top so the entrant pays one combined total. Stripe will then automatically split the funds between your organization's account and Snap's.

Refunds for Deleted Registrations

If a registration was submitted and then deleted, AND your organization paid for its Snap Audition fee, your organization will automatically be credited if all of the following conditions apply:

  • The registration was never judged.
  • The entrant submitted less than 5 days prior.

If the entrant paid for their Snap Audition fee and you need it refunded, submit a help request. Our team will issue a refund through Stripe if the conditions above are met.
